Return Policy

At Reward NaviForce Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives broken, damaged, or is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return and full refund.

How to Return — Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for a return, you MUST record a clear, continuous unboxing video with NO cuts from the moment you start opening the package. This video serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, returns cannot be processed. The video should clearly show: (1) The sealed package before opening, (2) The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits, (3) The product and any damage or discrepancy clearly visible.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons: (1) Product is broken or damaged on arrival, (2) Product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model, wrong color, wrong variant). Returns are NOT accepted for: change of mind, personal preference, or any reason other than the above.

Return Process

If you have a valid unboxing video showing the issue, contact us at rakholiyagirish101@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, the unboxing video, and a description of the issue. Our team will review and process your return within 2-3 business days.

Warranty

All Reward and NaviForce watches come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage, water damage (beyond specified limits), or normal wear and tear.
